Fax the application(s) to us at (209) 825-6929. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400,    Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $300 for dogs or cats.  Breed Restrictions Apply.  Pet Rent is $10 per month, per pet. Ask about our Corporate Rates.  2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 4 - 14 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. Residents billed monthly for Water, Sewer and Trash by AUM. Garages are available on a space available basis at $50 per month. 3.
